Woodbine / Berry Hill

Berry hill is a tiny, incorporated city nestled inside south Nashville. Though it spans less than one square mile, Berry Hill is still teaming with great food and one-of-a-kind artisan shopping destinations. From vintage clothing to custom beads for making your own jewelry, the city has a flare for the hip and funky. At first glance, the city may look purely residential, but recording studios and local businesses fill many of the area’s homes. Its incredible access to downtown and surrounding areas make Berry Hill a truly unique place to live, work and play.

Centered around Nolensville Pike just south of I-440, Woodbine is a rapidly growing area that in recent years has seen some of the highest home value increases in the city. Its convenience to downtown is unbeatable, and many of the homes in the area have larger lots and more square footage at costs below the post-boom levels of other popular neighborhoods, making it a favorite for first-time home buyers. As a diverse neighborhood, many of the restaurants along Nolensville Pike are famous with locals for being some of the best international cuisine in the city. Authentic Mexican, Indian and Chinese are easy to find, as are incredible shops for discovering salvaged furniture and home décor.
