Downtown Nashville is made up of several different districts, from the financial to the honky tonk. Of course, these aren’t the official names, but everyone knows where they are anyway. During the day, the city teems with people going to work in highrise office buildings, and at night, the lights of Broadway and Second Avenue come alive.
You’ll find plenty to keep busy, with Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge or Rippy’s offering up live music at any time of night or day. Robert’s Western World consistently tops Nashville’s “Best Of” lists, and you can’t miss the music at The Stage, either. The SoBro area is home to the Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the brand new Nashville City Center, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
