How many decisions do you think the average person makes in a day? 50? 100? 1000? Sometimes the decisions are as simple as where to have dinner (link to family style post or new restaurant openings post). Other times the decisions are much more life changing, like “what’s our budget for a new home?” or “where should we live?” As important as it is, choosing a neighborhood to buy your next home in should not be a stressful decision. We’ve made a list of factors to consider to help guide you in how to choose your next community.

How close is it to where you work? Is it a remote location or is it relatively close to the grocery store, bank, gym, and places you visit on a regular basis?
