Located about ten minutes south of Nashville, Brentwood is considered perhaps the most affluent of all the suburbs. Brentwood Real Estate
Information Is Believed To Be Accurate But Is Not Guaranteed.
The data relating to real estate for sale on this web site comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange Program of RealTracs Solutions. Real estate listings held by brokerage firms other than Nashville Roots are marked with the Internet Data Exchange Program logo and detailed information about them includes the names of the listing brokers.
The broker providing these data believes them to be correct, but advises interested parties to confirm them before relying on them in a purchase decision. Some or all of the listings may not belong to the firm whose website is being visited.
Shopping, of course, is plentiful. Several shopping centers are scattered throughout the town, with various department and grocery stores. You’ll also find smaller stores located in and around these centers, where designer clothing and other unusual finds can be purchased. For those who prefer not to shop at Kroger or other major grocery chains, the Fresh Market is an excellent alternative. If you need more from which to choose, Brentwood shares the Cool Springs area with Franklin. Just a few minutes south, you’ll find Cool Springs Galleria and the hundreds of other stores located here.
As with shopping, dining is also easy to find here. Many of the restaurants are chain establishments, but that’s not all you’ll find. One of the city’s most famous steakhouses, Mere Bulles, is located in the Maryland Farms area. This particular spot has been recognized in the Zagat guide several times. Wild Iris is another local restaurant with an impressive menu. If you prefer something a bit more laid back, there’s also Cross Corner Bar and Grill or the Local Taco. Hanabi Japanese Restaurant is a lot of fun for those who like a bit of showmanship with their fried rice.
Be prepared for the home prices in the area if you hope to move to Brentwood. The subdivisions feature large homes with plenty of land, and they prices reflect this accordingly. Many of the older homes are ranch-style houses that have been remodeled and updated with the very latest in décor and appliances. Most of the residences are new construction or have been built within the last ten to fifteen years.
Brentwood is extremely convenient for those who wish to commute to Nashville, but the city also offers many opportunities for employment. The Cool Springs area is home to dozens of different national and international company headquarters, and you might prefer that commute just a bit more. Wherever you work, you can be sure that where you live is safe, comfortable, roomy, and beautiful.
